The Founder
Melrose Xu is a passionate entrepreneur and the proud owner of a thriving network of coffee shops, each offering more than just a great cup of coffee. With a deep love for the art of coffee and a commitment to quality, she has created unique spaces where every visit feels like a warm, welcoming experience. Whether it’s a cozy corner in your neighborhood or a bustling city spot, each cafe reflects Melrose’s dedication to making every guest feel like family.
Melrose Xu graduated from Monash University with a degree in Banking and Finance in 2013 before launching her career as a mortgage broker in 2014. Through years of dedication and expertise, she has become a highly respected professional in the industry. Beyond finance, her passion for hospitality led her to open a café as a side venture. Committed to creating meaningful spaces, she finds joy in offering a unique and welcoming environment for the local community
